The sun just poke up from the horizon, we parked near Dillingham Airfield.
The trail switchbacked up the mountain behind the airfield and quickly afforded us some great panoramas of Mokuleia beach.
Climbing through the Waianae Summit Trail the vegetation and weather changed. We were soon socked in, but views were still super cool.
Ridgeline opened up, we thought we were looking at the North coast, but realized soon it was the Waianae coast.
