The blue and red lights cast shadows from down the street.  We soon find a lone police vehicle guarding a downed tree.  Perhaps this is what has caused the neighborhood to be bathed in an unusual darkness.  A police helicopter flies above shining it’s spotlight down around us, I wonder what it is looking for.
